1. About the Digital Services Act

The Digital Services Act (DSA) is a comprehensive regulation that creates a safer digital space where the fundamental rights of users are protected. SwiftDig, operated by Swiftsmart Trading Limited, is committed to full compliance with the DSA requirements.

4. Content Moderation

5. Reporting Illegal Content

If you believe content hosted on SwiftDig infrastructure is illegal, you can report it through:

All reports will be processed promptly. We will acknowledge receipt of your report and inform you of our decision regarding the reported content.

6. Transparency Reporting

In accordance with DSA transparency requirements, SwiftDig publishes regular reports containing:

  • Number of content moderation requests received
  • Actions taken on reported content
  • Average response times
  • Information about automated content moderation tools used
  • Number of complaints received through internal complaint-handling systems

7. Appeal Process

Users affected by content moderation decisions have the right to appeal. The appeal process includes:

  1. Submit an appeal through our support portal within 30 days of the decision
  2. Provide reasons for the appeal and any supporting information
  3. Our team will review the appeal within 14 business days
  4. You will receive a reasoned decision explaining the outcome
  5. If unsatisfied, you may seek out-of-court dispute resolution
